Job Summary:

GamMatrix a key business unit within our organization is seeking an experienced QA Manager to oversee the QA process for our industryleading Player Account Management (PAM) solution. Reporting directly to the CTO you will lead quality assurance efforts across multiple software development teams ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the development integration and release cycles of our flagship product. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in software testing with expertise in both manual and automated methodologies. You will leverage strong leadership skills to guide crossfunctional teams and employ a strategic mindset to align QA processes with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the software development manager to foster ongoing enhancements in quality processes;
• Direct and nurture a team of QA Engineers providing both strategic guidance and technical mentorship;
• Advocate for and contribute to the culture of continuous improvement emphasizing quality across all operations;
• Engage closely with the software development and product management teams to ensure a balance between product quality and project requirements;
• Oversee organize and manage the quality assurance workflow within the team ensuring high standards are consistently met;
• Provide support to software development teams regarding quality assurance and adherence to the product lifecycle model;
• Compile and analyze regular reports gathering metrics to identify areas for quality improvement and to track ongoing progress.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Applied Mathematics or a closely related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role;
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in English (B2 level or higher);
• Practical experience with API testing;
• Proficiency in ELK/Kibana and familiarity with Kquery language;
• Handson experience with database management systems specifically MySQL and MongoDB;
• Strong analytical skills and problemsolving capabilities;
• A meticulous attention to detail;
• A QA Certification (such as ISTQB) is desirable but not mandatory.
  

Work Life Balance:
