Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee quarterly team and individual KPIs/OKRs to drive performance aligned with business objectives
• Develop and refine content strategies for major global social media channels including Twitter Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and TikTok
• Collaborate with agencies and partners to identify opportunities for expanding partnerships and leveraging influencers to elevate BingXs social media presence.
• Plan and manage biannual budgets for social media channels ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns and product launches executing largescale community activation campaigns
• Work closely with design content performance marketing product and other crossfunctional teams
• Support executive visibility through strategic social media output and contribute to crisis management and communication strategies in collaboration with the PR and communications team
• Project manage multiple social media distribution requests align expectations and prioritize the social calendar
• Measure report and analyze campaign performance across channels translating findings into actionable datadriven recommendations through regular progress reports

Requirements:

• Native or fluent English proficiency is essential
• Proven experience of 8 years in social media management and community building ideally within the crypto industry
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams globally.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms analytics tools and emerging trends
• Ability to foster closer engagement between our social media presence and the community with a native understanding of crypto culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills adept at collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Thrives in a fastpaced environment excelling in prioritization and achieving results within tight deadlines
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset passionate about innovating in social media and community engagement
• Remote and startup experience is advantageous
