End-to-End Tester

We are Looking For

• Expertise: Strong skills in functional and business acceptance testing.
• Industry Experience: Banking experience is essential with a preference for knowledge in the credits (origination) domain.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA (preferred) HP ALM etc.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problemsolving coordination decisionmaking and followup abilities.
• Proactive Approach: Handson attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Agile Experience: Previous work in a SAFE/Agile environment.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work with test managers business analysts and functional analysts to define acceptance criteria and test requirements.
• DetailOriented: Develop test scenarios and cases based on business requirements functional specifications and E2E processes using best practices.
• Execution & Reporting: Perform software testing identify bugs and communicate results.
• Supportive Role: Assist business teams during UAT test design and execution.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT teams on design functional and technical matters.
• Methodological Knowledge: Strong understanding of test methodologies. Relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB) are advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Full proficiency in Dutch (native level) and preferably working proficiency in English (and French).
