Working as a Python Developer

The ISS development teams are part of Orange Cyberdefenses Global Operations and are responsible for designing building and running its missioncritical alerting pipelines and closely related services. We make sure our security analysts have the information they need to respond to incidents in a timely fashion.

Work at the intersection between data and software build systems and software in an agile environment backed by strong CI/CD pipelines. Help improve our event pipelines as well as the services that hook directly into them build APIs optimize our data stores and challenge our architecture.

What we expect of you

• Strong Python knowledge: decorators generators asyncio or magic methods do not scare you
• Experience with CI/CD automated testing and Docker
• Experience with at least one of the following:
• Database technologies: PostgreSQL MySQL/MariaDB or Elasticsearch
• Frontend technologies: Angular or other JS based frameworks like React and Vue.js
• Someone who enjoys working with Linux and knows their way around Git
• Writing tests gives you confidence in your code
• A willingness to work in an oncall rotation
• Proficiency in English and Dutch
• Experience with RabbitMQ MongoDB or Kubernetes (Desirable)
