The team

You will join a company of topnotch colleagues and experts in the field of Data & Analytics Marketing Technologies Marketing & Sales strategy. Our team consists of a great bunch of people that help our customers translate customer data into business results. We continuously focus on competence development and make sure that everyone has the right tools at hand to succeed in their role.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to our clients including Clevel executives. Conduct workshops training sessions and presentations to convey complex data insights and strategies.

• Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Lead data projects from start to finish. Develop datadriven strategies to boost marketing and sales performance using advanced analytics AI and automation. Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and create actionable insights. Sometimes this includes doing handson work in dashboards and databases.

• Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor and coach colleagues as well as clients fostering their growth.

• Thought Leadership: Create thought leadership content and seek opportunities to deepen expertise.

Skills and Qualifications

We seek someone eager to challenge the status quo and help clients see their business in a new light. Youre passionate about data algorithms and customer experience and excel at building strong relationships. You thrive in our entrepreneurial culture and aim to become an independent thought leader.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business technology statistics data science or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in analytics BI or similar roles.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and leading crossfunctional teams.

• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of marketing and sales processes.

• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.

• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Practical Information

This is a permanent position with a 6 months probation period based at our Stockholm office. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace. You will report to the Head of Delivery Ellen Lbeck in the Stockholm office.
