The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Major Accounts Coordinator to join our clients team in Sydney. This role is integral to their Major Accounts team where youll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service through expert administration and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the creation of proposals tender documents and pricing analyses
- Onboarding new clients and preparing materials for training sessions and conferences
- Organizing meetings and coordinating events
- Conducting research tasks
- Collaborating with the Finance and Integration teams to ensure accurate client invoicing and import files
- Communicating client feedback to the Product team
Knowledge and Experience
- You are a motivated team player with a strong background in administration and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Proven initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with the InfoTrack searching system (desirable)
- Previous experience in the legal industry (desirable)
