What Youll Do:

As a Graphic Designer your role is pivotal in shaping the companys image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft visually stunning userfriendly web designs that meet client goals and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups using tools such as Figma.
• Design and optimize graphics for websites ensuring they are responsive and adaptive across various devices and platforms.
• Conduct user research analyze feedback and identify user needs to develop effective design solutions.
• Develop user personas journey maps and flow diagrams to guide design decisions.
• : Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure designs meet both user requirements and business objectives.
• Design intuitive engaging user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and interaction.
• Maintain visual and behavioral consistency across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with developers project managers and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and integrated digital experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in web graphic design and UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and Adobe XD.
• Understanding of web technologies and frameworks (HTML CSS JavaScript) is advantageous.
• Videography skills are a plus.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong graphic design skills with a robust portfolio showcasing web design and UX/UI projects.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for typography color and layout.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• A problemsolving mindset with a focus on usercentric design
