Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager at BioLamina you will play a critical role in developing and executing our marketing strategies to promote our innovative products to the scientific community. You will be responsible for leading a small team in the Marketing Department working towards ambitious goals and leveraging your broad expertise to enhance our brand visibility. Your experience in building marketing channels and your strong sense for strategic decisions will be essential in driving our companys growth. English is the company language hence proficiency in it is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
• Establish and meet marketing objectives in line with business goals.
• To build and preserve solid connections with important partners stakeholders and clients make use of your extensive network of contacts.
• Oversee the design development and maintenance of the company website ensuring it effectively supports marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels including social media email campaigns and promotional materials.
• Track and report on the success of marketing initiatives optimizing plans using datadriven insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Biotechnology or a related field.
• 35 years in marketing preferably within a startup environment.
• Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and achieving goals.
• Strong communication project management and analytical skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Clear leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.

Merit

• Experience from the biotech or life science sector.
