Commercial Loan Processor

Location: Lehighton PA
Job Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and close commercial loans and lines ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and bank policies.
• Facilitate loan documentation preparation and review.
• Serve as a liaison between loan officers clients outside counsel insurance agents and vendors.
• Maintain and update files databases and internal reports.
• Order necessary documents from thirdparty vendors.
• Prepare and send documents via DocuSign.
• Attend weekly pipeline meetings and prepare fund request documents.
• Recommend procedural changes for increased efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required.
• 24 years of relevant experience in loan servicing/administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and related documentation.
• Mortgage processing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Laserpro and Vision systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and advanced computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
• Proficient in office equipment operation with good digital dexterity and eye/hand coordination.
• Capable of prolonged periods of computer use and light lifting.
