The BridgeCare team does this by providing a userexperiencedriven technology suite designed to create a functional effective early childhood education system.

BridgeCare’s software is a whitelabel data and case management system for government agencies in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector. It is made for organizations that support parents and ECCE providers primarily licensed childcare and public preschool programs.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Client Success Manager you’ll be at the heart of fostering strong longterm partnerships with clients and establishing a team within a growing startup! This is an exciting time for BridgeCare. As the company scales you will be tasked with building an operational framework and standardizing processes. You will serve in various capacities from being a trusted adviser project manager product expert coach to other team members and more. Your work will extend beyond the initial setup and onboarding phases maintaining a constant and meaningful connection with our clients. This role is about making a difference deepening client engagement and creating a vibrant community of collaboration and support. You will build and maintain client relationships and ensure clients have a great experience with BridgeCare. Our goal is for our clients to be our partners and advocates and to have them feel very closely connected to our team and mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Empowerment: Manage workflow and processes supporting and mentoring team members to achieve their best.
  • Client Partnership: Engage in ongoing communication to address client needs and questions identifying opportunities for expanded services.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop strategies to deepen engagement and build a thriving client community.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement standard operating procedures and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Feedback Integration: Share client insights to inform product development and priorities.
  • Training & Support: Provide client support and user training including configuration changes in our nocode software environment.
  • Documentation Mastery: Take detailed notes and maintain comprehensive meeting documentation.

Who You Are

You are a Customer Success leader who thrives in fastpaced startup environments. You understand what it takes to grow a successful team. You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder who is passionate about positively impacting the lives of others.

Required Qualifications:

  • You have 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment ideally from EdTech or GovTech.
  • Your communication skills both written and verbal are exceptional.
  • You excel in interpersonal and listening skills.
  • You're comfortable with proactively learning and using new software.
  • A background in early child education and childcare is a bonus.
  • You thrive in a startup environment and are both humble and confident.
  • Organization and detail orientation are your strong suits.
  • You anticipate client needs and deliver outstanding service.
  • You value longterm partnerships and relationships.
  • You're a selfstarter who can work independently and autonomously in a fastpaced setting.

Benefits

Salary: $130000 to $150000 Annual Salary (dependent on experience and geography)
