Hiring Affiliate Marketing Manager or Director

This position is mostly remote (occasional meeting as needed). Based in LA

Seeking a top Affiliate Marketing Manager/Director that will:

• Actively find and recruit top performing affiliate agencies
• Buy rights to content from creators
• Affiliate relationship management through email campaigns
• Running contests for affiliates
• Flexible and willing to do whatever is needed to grow the program

Looking to build out our team and this person will have a fast track to not only heading up the entire affiliate growth strategy however will also have the opportunity to build out an internal team.

Currently we have 5k affiliates and we are looking to scale this to over 30k affiliates in the near term.

Compensation and benefits:

• Base salary: $90k $140k DOE
• Bonus: 20% (company and individual performance based)
• Benefits: We offer a full suite of benefits (tends to be generous for size of company)
