Recruitment Executive - Hospitality

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking.
• Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their fit for the organization.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.

Education:
Minimum Bachelors Degree (BBA/MBA in HR) or similar discipline.

Experience:
12 years of Recruitment Hospitality (Managerial and Non Managerial) Experience
