Job Title: Customer Service Representative for a Financial Account
Location: Taguig
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to financial accounts including account inquiries transaction details and account maintenance.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues complaints and requests efficiently and professionally ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Assist customers with account setup modifications and closures. Provide guidance on account features services and products.
- Transaction Processing: Process financial transactions accurately including deposits withdrawals transfers and payments.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures including privacy regulations and financial compliance standards to ensure secure and accurate handling of customer information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completed at least 2nd year in college
- Experience: Preferably with 1 year or more of contact center center experience/financial account
- Skills: Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility: Willing to work on shifting schedule and must be willing to work onsite (Taguig)
