Coverage areas are based on the territories that are convenient to you: With a large census spanning across the state Therapists can choose what areas theyd like to cover. Majority of the caseload is in the Wilmington Delaware area.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frame
  
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
  
• Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
  
• Open/Supervise cases for LPTAs to do followups
  

Qualifications

• License of Physical Therapy in the state of Delaware or posses a Compact license
  
• Prior Homecare experience (preferred but not required)
  
• EMR system: Kinnser / Wellsky (preferred but not required
