Manager Operations

Join our team in Karachi as an Operations Manager where you will optimize rider performance ensure compliance with operational processes and enhance overall efficiency. What You Will Do

• Oversee rider management and ensure effective support and experience for riders.
  

• Ensure backlog clearance and compliance with operational processes.
  

• Manage and lead a team across multiple locations within the city.
  

• Create daily and weekly reports on rider performance and last mile KPIs.
  

• Oversee the departure and performance of delivery riders including daily wagers.
  

• Onboard retain and terminate riders as per assigned quotas.
  

• Ensure the operations team follows transit SOPs through system and process.
  

• Manage performance and ensure compliance of the debriefing team.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors in BBA MBA preferred or any other relevant degree
  

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar role
  

• Experience in Last Mile Operations is a plus
  

• Strong leadership and team management skills
  

• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  

• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
