Job Description
Position Title: Product Owner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner with PSPO I certification and a proven track record of managing complex software products
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product backlog items based on input from stakeholders market trends and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and shield the team from interruptions.
- Lead sprint planning backlog grooming and other Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and features.
- Monitor and analyze usage metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of our services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices tools and capabilities providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
- Work closely with fellow product owners in the same area to align priorities dependencies and roadmaps.
Requirements
Skills and Experience: 3. Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices. 4. Experience working in Scaled Agile/Scrum environments. 5. Technical knowledge and experience with Azure and AWS. 6. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels. 7. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 8. Ability to lead a team or work as part of a team as required. 9. Knowledge of fraud detection is a plus.
