We are working with a major renewables platform to appoint a Team Lead to its Commercial Pricing team. This is a 12 month FTC that will provide full time opportunities upon completion of the contract.
THE ROLE:
- Play an integral role in delivering pricing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to drive customer growth and retention through existing and new product offerings.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate bespoke prices are issued to our diverse range of customers including largescale energy users to large multinationals.
- Actively engage with the Empowering Tomorrow Project to ensure an exceptional customer focused pricing solution is delivered.
- Manage and building an inclusive high performing team that are knowledgeable and demonstrate a high level of technical expertise.
- Responsible for ensuring the output of the team is maximised through effective planning establishing individual goals and managing the delivery of workload through prioritisation.
- Ensure the team works to the relevant standards policies procedures and controls.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- A commercial mindset with a strong numerical and analytical skills focusing on attention to detail.
- Good decisionmaking and problemsolving capability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to work on own initiative and deliver results to tight deadlines.
- Experience with managing large data sets using SQL or similar tools.
