We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive the sales of conduit pipes across Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the conduit pipe industry and a deep understanding of the market. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence in U.P.
- Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the conduit pipe sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders in the hardware and electrical sectors.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales of conduit pipes or related products.
- Strong knowledge of the conduit pipe market and industry trends.
- Prior experience with similar industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in the hardware and electrical sectors will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
