About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Healthcare Attorney to join the hive. In this role youll be part of a nationally recognized healthcare practice working with a wide range of clients in the healthcare industry. If youre passionate about healthcare law and have a knack for regulatory and compliance issues we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Advise healthcare clients on regulatory and compliance issues including fraud and abuse reimbursement disputes and investigations.
• Work on healthcare business transactions such as joint ventures and private equity investments.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare attorneys to provide excellent client service.
• Manage complex legal matters for a variety of healthcare providers and organizations.

What You Bring:

• At least six years of California healthcare regulatory and compliance experience.
• Experience with managed care and/or life sciences transactions.
• Strong academic credentials and superb judgement.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with reimbursement disputes and investigations.
• Expertise in healthcare business transactions including joint ventures and private equity investments.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
