We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Recruiter to join our team on a fulltime permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment preferably in the healthcare industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. As a Nurse Recruiter you will be crucial in sourcing screening and placing qualified nurses in our clients facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified nurses

Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events

Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills qualifications and experience

Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide them with a positive recruitment experience

Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding

Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and reports

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the healthcare industry

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment
