Job Description
Position: Industrial Maintenance Manager
Location: Jacksonville FL
Salary: $100k base big bonus opportunities
Requirements:
35 years as a maintenance manager in a manufacturing setting
College or technical degree a plus
Must be willing to work handson
Must have management experience
Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the manufacturing plant to ensure the efficient and effective operation of machinery and equipment. This role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians developing maintenance schedules managing budgets and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
