Commercial Property Manager

Peninsulabased real estate client is seeking a temporary Commercial Property Manager to provide assistance with the management of their industrial commercial portfolio. This is a fully onsite position with a salary budget of up to $57/hour depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opening please attach your resume.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the daytoday and leasing operations of the properties in the assigned portfolio
• Generate estimates and accurately perform CAM reconciliations
• Accurately prepare monthly reports including status and variance reports
• Perform weekly property walks
• Manage tenant relations and address any inquiries
• Prepare and manage tenant events as assigned
• Prepare the annual draft budgets for the properties in the assigned portfolio
• Other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of experience in commercial property management
• Experience working with industrial properties highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience using Yardi highly preferred
