Salary range: $USD/month
Working hours: MF flexible 8 working hours with a minimum of 4 hours overlap with Central timezone

Tasks:
- Track and report all meetings booked total people reached out to and total demos conducted.
- Update CRM with all relevant data including source and notes. Ensure all data fields stay accurate.
- Draft followup messages and proposals to prospects after calls using the provided framework.
- Manually DM people in Slack channels to book feedback demos.
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure no prospects slip through the cracks on followups.
- Respond to LI messages with templates if they ask for a time
- Find 10 posts to comment on each day with a draft of what you would want me to say on LinkedIn / X
- Help with creating a dream 100 list of prospects
- Finding prospects to invite to an event through LinkedIn
- Managing our professional network of prospects and staying in touch with people by sending them relevant articles digital notes or just asking how they are through Dex platform
- Reporting (Track meetings booked total people reached out to total demos conducted every week)
- Drafting followup messages and proposals to prospects after a call. Using the framework we created and looking at the AIgenerated summary and just placing it into he email
- Manually dm’ing people in the slack channel to book feedback demo’s using our script
- Managing the pipeline to ensure no one slips through the cracks on followups
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational communication and time management skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems and communication tools like Slack.
- Language: Fluent in English both written and verbal.
- Work Ethic: Proactive detailoriented and able to work independently.
