Job Description

Qdrant is a leading vector database company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for handling highdimensional data. Our technology empowers businesses to leverage the full potential of their data for various applications including AI machine learning and big data analytics.

Tasks

Utilize Automation Tools: Leverage automation to reach out to potential clients manage followups and maintain relationships.

Book of Business Management: Nurture and manage a portfolio of startup and midmarket accounts to drive sales growth.

Messaging Experimentation: Experiment with different messaging strategies to determine what resonates with various personas.

Inbound Qualification: Manage the qualification and nurturing of inbound leads to ensure they are ready for the sales team.

Pipeline Generation: Manage the qualification and nurturing of prospects who meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to build pipeline for the sales team.

Customer Profiling and Feedback: Help shape our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and gather feedback to inform product development.

Collaboration with Growth Marketing: Partner with the Growth Marketing team to align on strategies and optimize outreach efforts.

Familiarity with PLG (ProductLed Growth): Understand and leverage PLG strategies to drive user adoption and growth.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

12 years of experience in a sales or business development role preferably in a startup or tech environment.

Familiarity with automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot (preferred) Salesforce).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to experiment with and adapt messaging based on data and feedback.

Selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Experience or familiarity with PLG (ProductLed Growth) strategies is a plus.
