Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records preparing financial statements ensuring compliance with regulations and providing strategic financial advice to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

   • Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
   • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards (e.g. IFRS GAAP).

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
   • Monitor and report on variances between actuals and budgeted figures.

3. Tax Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and requirements.
   • Prepare and submit tax returns and reports.

4. Auditing:

   • Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
   • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

5. Financial Analysis:

   • Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
   • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance.

6. Cash Flow Management:

   • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.
   • Forecast cash flow requirements and plan for funding needs.

7. Regulatory Compliance:

   • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards.
   • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

8. Advisory Services:

   • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
   • Support business planning and decisionmaking processes.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• 25 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
