Job Description
Is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining human resources policies and procedures that align with the NEOM’s strategic objectives and comply with legal requirements. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure policies are effective, relevant, and supportive of a positive workplace culture. The HR Policy Design Senior Manager will also be tasked with continuously evaluating and improving HR policies to meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
