Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage SharePoint 2016 application:
- Daily support for SharePoint 2016 application
- Development support for modification
- Application maintenance and operation
- Data archiving support
Manage Intranet:
Daily support for Richemont intranet (REACH)
Contents creation in Intranet by Adobe Experience Manager
Operation and contents creation support for contributors
Manage Microsoft 365 platform:
- Daily support for SharePoint online
- Site creation support for SPO users
- Support optional tool (Skybow/Powerautomate/SmartAlert)
- Daily support for OneDrive
Requirements
- Intermediate skill of IT related
- High skill of Microsoft 365 platform
- Strong communication skill
- User support (trouble shooting) experience
- Adobe Experience Manager knowledge is optional
- Japanese: Fluent English: Business level
