Facility manager Job Description
Facility maintenance: including repairs servicing replacements etc
Ensure efficient use of space services and equipment.
Manage all vendors and contractors to ensure they deliver on repairs renovations and maintenance contracts within timeline .
Oversees Procurement of office equipment stationaries and items.
Ensure compliance of company regulations.
Ensure all company tools equipment and facility are working in perfect condition and staff have all they need to do their jobs effectively.
Manages facility budgets.
Develop and implement facility management procedural manual and maintenance schedule for assigned properties.
Conduct proactive preventive checks on all facilities to avoid downtime.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in any relevant field from a reputable Nigerian University.
2. 3 years of experience in facility management preferably in logistics.
3. Strong knowledge of facility maintenance operations and safety protocols.
4. Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
5. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
