At The Y we believe in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn play and grow. Our Child Watch & KidZone is a vibrant hub of activity and were looking for four dynamic individuals to join our team and take the lead in ensuring its the best place for kids and staff alike.

What Youll Do:

• Work closely with the Child Watch/KidZone director on the new employee onboarding process and training
  
• Ensure clear communication between staff supervisor and families.
  
• Maintain overall safety in the room
  
• Delegating tasks to fellow coworkers
  
• Contribute to the ongoing development of staff.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year working with children is preferred but not required
  
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for working with young children
  
• A natural leader with excellent communication skills.
  
• Detailoriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  
• Committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment.
