Our software simplifies the work of installers and enables them to offer their customers embedded financing options. This allows more individuals and businesses to install solar panels battery storage electric vehicle charging stations and heat pumps becoming independent energy providers.
We are a rapidly growing startup active in the Netherlands Sweden Switzerland and Germany and we aim to establish ourselves in additional European markets in the coming year.

Tasks

Portfolio Management

Assist the portfolio manager in the daily management of the customer credit portfolio including exposure calculations and monitoring refinancing hedging and treasury operations.

Credit & Risk Assessments

• Perform ongoing and timely credit assessments of Cloovers customers and partners.
• Manage and automate underwriting decisions and handle delinquencies.
• Evaluate outcomes and conduct scenario testing.

Data Analysis & Management

• Provide timely KPIs and relevant data points to Marketing Sales Management and Finance stakeholders at Cloover.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial and operational records.
• Manage databases and input information data and records into various software programs.

Sustainability Management & Reporting

• Initiate and report on initiatives related to Cloovers sustainability efforts.
• Implement sustainability policies across the organization.

Project Work

Initiate and lead special projects focused on data energy efficiency finance or operational management.

Financial Analysis

• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and other reports to track the organizations financial health.
• Analyze variances and trends to provide insights and recommendations.

Operational Support

• Support daily operations through the efficient management of office resources.
• Ensure business operations are efficient in terms of resource usage while meeting quality standards.

Compliance Monitoring

Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements related to finance and operations.

Stakeholder Communication

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including vendors service providers and clients to address financial and operational inquiries and issues.

Requirements

You Should Apply When You Match These Criteria

• You are currently enrolled as student at a toptier university or just concluded your studies
• You are available for 36 months
• You ideally already have relevant preexperience
• You constantly strive to achieve exceptional things (professionally and/or personally) and are always willing to go the extra mile.
• You have a passion for making a significant contribution to combating climate change and are ready to take on a new challenge in a small but rapidly growing organization with a high degree of freedom and uncertainty.
• You are a proactive entrepreneurial personality with strong communication skills taking personal responsibility and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
• You are a team player willing to work as part of a highperforming team (with diverse roles/backgrounds) and you enjoy celebrating milestones and successes.
• You speak fluent English and German.
