We seek a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our telecom operator team. As a

Product Owner you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering innovative BSSOSS solutions

that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with

crossfunctional teams including network operations marketing customer service and IT to ensure

the successful development and deployment of telecom products and services. This role requires a

deep understanding of the telecom industry agile methodologies and exceptional communication

skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize features and enhancements for telecom products and services based on market

trends customer feedback and business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product vision strategy and roadmap that align with

company objectives.

Create and maintain the product backlog ensuring it reflects the latest priorities and requirements.

Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product releases.

Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders development teams and external

vendors to coordinate activities and resolve issues.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the

telecom industry.

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics customer usage data and feedback to drive

continuous improvement and innovation.

Lead sprint planning review meetings and daily standups to track progress identify risks and

adjust priorities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the telecom industry.

Indepth knowledge of telecom products services and technologies (e.g. mobile broadband IoT

OSS BSS).

Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and experience in agile product

management practices.

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.

Analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Business Administration Engineering or a related field

(preferred).

Additional Desired Skills:

Certification in Agile (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)) is a plus.

Certifications in eTOM TOGAF is a plus.

Experience with telecom network operations billing systems and OSS/BSS platforms.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the telecom industry.

Previous experience in managing telecom product lifecycle from concept to launch.
