Job Description
- MobileIron Management: Implement and manage the MobileIron MDM solution for customers.
- VPN and Tunneling: Configure and maintain VPN and tunneling solutions to ensure secure mobile device connectivity for customer environments.
- Device Administration: Oversee the provisioning, deployment, and troubleshooting of mobile devices for customers.
- Policy Enforcement: Develop and enforce mobile device policies to ensure compliance and security for customer systems.
- Customer Support: Provide advanced support for mobile device issues and assist customers in resolving connectivity problems.
- Security Monitoring: Perform regular security checks and audits to safeguard customer mobile devices and data.
- Integration: Work with customer IT teams to integrate mobile device management with their existing infrastructure.
