Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detailoriented Accountant to join our finance team. In this role you will handle various accounting tasks including managing accounts payable and receivable reconciling bank statements preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. You will work closely with other team members to support budgeting financial analysis and audit preparations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
  
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  
• Support audit processes and internal controls.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Zoho).
