To organize daily schedules appointments & Meetings.

2.Using various software including word processing spreadsheets databases and presentation software. Zoho CRM working knowledge Advance typing speed

2.Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks.

3.Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.

4.Filing and retrieving corporate records documents and reports.

5. Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors committees and executives.

6. Helping prepare for meetings.

7. Using various software including word processing spreadsheets databases and presentation software.

8. Reading and analyzing incoming memos and submissions and distributing them as needed.

9. Making travel arrangements
