As a Conveyancing Fee Earner you will manage a caseload of primarily residential property transactions from inception to completion. Being the main point of contact for their clients you will ensure their journey through the conveyancing process is seamless and stressfree.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 9:00am 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish.

• Conducting title searches and property investigations.

• Preparing and reviewing contracts transfer deeds and other legal documents.

• Liaising with clients solicitors estate agents and mortgage lenders.

• Providing expert advice and updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

• Handling financial transactions related to property sales and purchases.

Experience

• Proven experience in conveyancing is imperative for this position.

• Experience working with new builds would be an added benefit but not essential.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and client care skills.
