Job Description

Our Client

A renowned brand in the design and production of cooking washing and cooling appliances.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls.
  • Handle all customer enquiries and service and fault support.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues.
  • Fulfills service requests; completing Navision transaction; forwarding service requests.
  • Maintains and updates customers database by entering information.
  • Answer questions about the product details.
  • Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with their appliances.
  • Enhances organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions understand concerns and overcome objections.
  • Strong work ethic and selfstarter able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fastpaced business environment.
  • Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Working Hours:

Monday Friday (8.30am 5.30pm)

Saturday (8.30am 12.30pm)

Remuneration

RM 2000 RM 3000
