Network Operations Center Manager

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of computer networks and basic protocols such as TCP/IP.
Experience in managing network monitoring systems and related tools.
Familiarity with networking devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Management Skills:

Ability to manage teams and coordinate day-to-day operations center activities.
Strong planning, organizing, and directing teams toward goals.
