Job Description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and looking for a new challenge Join our clients dynamic team in D sseldorf Germany and make a difference!

Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative you will manage customer queries sales orders complaints and process product and/or manufacturing orders. You will handle sales and purchase orders modifications shipments warehouse instructions product imports and escalate complaints across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Manage the entire processing of customer orders including order confirmation delivery notes invoicing and scheduling deliveries.
  • Coordinate shipments with logistics partners and track deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with the procurement and demand planning departments.
  • Issue orders to external service providers and manage stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and support vendorrelated claims.

Requirements

Ideal Profile:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers and strong MS Office skills including expertise in MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and technology tools (e.g. SAP SAGE SQL Access Tableau TMS tools)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
