What Youll Be Doing:

Financial Craftsmanship:

• Perform a complete set of accounts with precision and care.
• Ensure financial statements are accurate timely and align with our companys strategic goals.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including variance analysis and forecasting.
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to support strategic decisionmaking.

Taxation Expertise:

• Navigating the intricate notes of Malaysian Taxation Law.
• Ensuring our company taxations hit all the right notes in compliance.

Audit Excellence:

• Support and coordinate internal and external audits ensuring they are conducted seamlessly.
• Preparing the stage for a smooth and seamless audit process.
• Support the monthend and yearend close processes including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations maximizing our financial efficiency.

Cash Flow Mastery:

• Identify opportunities to optimize working capital and reduce costs.
• Monitor cash flow patterns providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Work closely with department heads to track and manage budgets ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the creation and monitoring of budgets.

Your Backstage Pass:

• A degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• A minimum of 35 years orchestrating financial greatness.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA or CIMA are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Malaysian Taxation Law is essential.
• Experience in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g. Excel Xero).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to keep the team in tune.
