Content Writer

As a content writer you will play a pivotal role in creating user documentation for our software solution.

Your expertise in delivering quality documentation on how to use new systems processes or automation is critical to the success of projects.

This role includes but is not limited to the following:

TASKS

• Developing clear concise and accurate user facing documents for our software solution
• Collaborating with engineers project managers logistics consultants and other stakeholders to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into userfriendly documentation.
• Conducting quality control checks to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of documents.
• Understand Quality Safety and Environmental principles and adherence to processes and work instructions standards.

• High level of time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong logical analytical and problemsolving abilities
