Job Description

We are hiring a HR Executive for a leading in the IT Company committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR practices within the IT sector and be fluent in Thai to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing interviews and offer negotiations. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure the recruitment of top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees to address any HRrelated queries or issues. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires including orientation and training. Manage offboarding procedures for exiting employees ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes including appraisals feedback sessions and development plans. Assist managers in identifying training needs and career development opportunities for employees.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR documentation.
  • HR Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement retention and overall HR efficiency. Support the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Administer employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of HR experience within the IT industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP CIPD) is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Thai (both spoken and written). Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in Thailand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
