Job Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement scalable services for database infrastructure
• Serve as a technical resource on development and infrastructure initiatives ensuring efficient and issuefree database operations
• Collaborate with Database and IT professionals to support critical business initiatives
• Provide unique solutions tailored to our customers needs through comprehensive analysis and problemsolving techniques.
• Automate processes and procedures for new database environments
• Provide feedback to business users based on customer support experience
• Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements
• Identify key issues and repetitive problems working under the direction of project leaders
• Liaise between business technology teams and support teams
• Participate in the Service Desk function to resolve userrelated support calls

Job Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
• 35 years of professional experience in a dynamic environment with a focus on database services
• Experience with SQL Serveror 2019 and Management Studios
• Proficiency in AWS Azure and Windows
• Knowledge of Windows Cluster AlwaysOn replication or active/passive database clusters
• Experience with operational tasks customer focus and systems development lifecycle
• Strong backup and recovery skills at both OS and database levels
• Proficiency in generating comprehensive documentation for operational processes and systems
• Understanding of database security client installation and configuration
• Proficient in operational tasks such as ticket closing backup restores user creation and administration
• Proficiency in analyzing and resolving OS contention issues and addressing challenges related to database performance.
