Autonomy Staffing is a leading staffing agency in Charleston SC dedicated to connecting talented individuals with top companies in the area. We are currently seeking a Production Worker to join our team and work at one of our clients manufacturing facilities.

Position Overview:
As a Production Worker you will perform various tasks in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. Your primary duties will include operating machinery assembling products and performing quality checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery following company standards and safety guidelines.
• Assemble and package products according to instructions and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate any production or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
