Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team on a fulltime permanent basis. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our clients facilities ensuring they are in optimal condition at all times. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry work Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or facility malfunctions Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete larger maintenance projects Adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing maintenance tasks Communicate effectively with clients to understand their maintenance needs and provide timely solutions Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification in a related field is preferred Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role Strong knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Proficient in using hand and power tools Excellent problemsolving and timemanagement skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Good communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Why Work for Us At Autonomy Staffing we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
