Sales Consultants are tasked with driving the new business development aspect of our organization. A typical day will consist of reaching out to potential clients educating them on available candidates and looking to secure searches for our recruiting team to perform.

We call on a mix of warm and cold business utilizing countless resources including an internal customer database. Sales consultants are supported and provided every possible resource including training lead generation tools a robust CRM and access to our internal candidate database.
We are looking for someone who is energetic naturally social and competitive.

We aim to provide high quality candidates to employers across multiple industries and do so by having the very best trained and best treated sales team in the Pacific Northwest!

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and potential searches via sales efforts
• Interview Prepare and Present Candidates to qualified opportunities..
• Work closely with the recruiting team for the fulfillment of orders.
• Consult employers and candidates through their job search journey

Qualifications

• Energetic Social and Competitive!
• Business sales experience is a plus!
