Location: Malta (Hybrid after training)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Norwegian Customer Support Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Norwegianspeaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries and will assist them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers questions and concerns
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
Qualifications:
Fluent in Norwegian with a strong command of English.
Authorized to work in Malta (EU citizen residence card etc.).
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
