As a Quality Service Analyst you will be responsible for implementing quality system procedures and providing support to the Manufacturing teams and their processes. You will collaborate with the Quality department Process Leaders Corporate Quality Team Research and Development Team and Manufacturing Team as well as Management. You will have the opportunity to:
Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
Perform audits on items such as quality checks documentation run conditions and lock detectors
Train employees on quality procedures and inspections
Maintain document control program and conduct 5S audits

We need you to have:
High School diploma or equivalent
5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance
Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office including Excel
Ability to understand and apply basic statistics
Experience with quality software programs such as Minitab and SPC control charts
Ability to maintain ASQ CQIA or CQPA certification or achieve within 18 months of entry into position. Or be certified at the Green Belt level or higher in Lean Six Sigma
Icing on the cake:
Knowledge of quality test equipment
Prior experience with implementation of Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) plans
Ability to interpret product specifications bills of materials and pallet diagrams
