Food Testing/Documentation Analyst Onsite in Atlanta

Job Overview: Stratfield is seeking a Testing and Documentation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Science industry and will be responsible for testing and documenting processes.

(This is a 12month contract position that will be onsite. Sponsorship is not available for this position.)

Responsibilities:

• Acts as Testing and Documentation SME on projects providing input attending meetings and providing status updates.
• Leads testing executing specification development packaging design equipment validation and sensory testing.
• Converts food and beverage items into industrial methods and maintains documentation.
• Supports training by providing info leading demos reviewing materials and coordinating end product characteristics.
• Ensures quality requirements for items documenting data and providing cost control and nutrition info.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Nutrition or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in Lab Testing and Documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong crossfunctional communication skills.
