Job Description

Educational Qualifications:

A minimum of a high school diploma, preferably a university degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.

Skills and Knowledge:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to listen effectively and understand customer needs.
Problem solving skills and making decisions quickly and effectively.
Ability to work with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and technical support programs.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Tasks and Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately document all interactions with customers in the customer management system.
