We are looking for a dynamic and customeroriented individual to strengthen our sales team as a freelance sales representative on a commission basis. In this role you will play a crucial part in connecting refugees with meaningful employment opportunities and supporting companies with their staffing needs.
Tasks
- Outbound and Inbound Sales: Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities including cold calling email campaigns and social media engagement to generate new leads and expand our reach.
- Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Qualify and nurture leads through our CRM system ensure correct data entry timely followup and effective communication with potential customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proactively manage existing customer relationships build trust ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell or crossselling opportunities.
- Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Telephone Sales: Conduct telephone sales calls with new and existing customers present Uvvos value proposition address specific needs and close deals.Partner
- Network Support: Assist in expanding our partner network maintain relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to our business growth.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills build trust and compellingly convey Uvvos value proposition to a diverse customer base.
- Sales Experience: Have basic sales experience and a proven ability to identify sales opportunities qualify leads and close deals.
- German Proficiency: Fluency in German is essential for effective communication with our target audience. Good English skills are also desirable.
- Customer Orientation: Demonstrate strong customer orientation a passion for making a positive impact and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Independent and Team Player: Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
